New cookie recipe.
- 1 cup tahini (make sure it’s think and not runny)
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- sesame seeds and extra sugar for rolling
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease a baking sheet.
Mix tahini, honey, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
Mix in sugar.
Roll dough into walnut-sized balls, then roll them in the sesame seeds and sugar.
Press down with a fork on the baking sheet and repeat.
Cook at most for 10 minutes (it only took mine about 5-6).
They will be chewy and delicious!
