So easy and so delicious!
- 1 bunch red chard
- 1 T extra virgin olive oil
- 1 T balsamic vinegar
- sprinkle of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp gomasio (sea salt and sesame seeds)
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil.
Add the chard and stir until it begins to wilt and is coated evenly with the oil.
Add the balsamic, salt, and pepper.
Heat for about 3 minutes or less, or until the chard is wilted and has a nice green color.
Take off the heat and sprinkle with gomasio.
