So, as the holidays approached, I got excited about the typical holiday favorites: desserts, desserts, and.. eggnog.
Regular eggnog is very unhealthy for you, so I found a raw recipe and essentially just made it not raw.
It’s delicious. Tastes better than the real stuff in my opinion…
Here is what you’ll need:
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 small bananas
- 2 tsp agave nectar
- 1/2 cup cashews
- pinch of salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon
Put all in a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice if you want it to be thicker.
