My pictures turned out really bad for this one… tasty, though!
This was influenced by a salad we serve at Whole Foods.
- 2 cups steamed kale
- 1-1.5 T extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup toasted hazelnuts
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- salt and pepper
Assemble all in a salad bowl and enjoy hot or cold.
