Stir Fry with Tahini Sauce

Ok, so I realize that I’ve been getting sloppy with my posts as of late and I’m not even sure who really reads this anymore because of that. Health issues have been resurfacing, but I’m not going to let that get me down! I’m on the road to answers and more wonderful cooking experiences! I shall post some recipes that I created within the last couple of months.

Stir Fry:

  • 1/2 cup broccoli
  • 1/2 cup snow peas
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger powder or fresh if it’s available
  • 1 T toasted sesame oil
  • 1 T coconut aminos
  • 1 cup prepared brown rice cous cous

  • 2 T tahini
  • 1 T coconut aminos
  • 1/4 tsp minced ginger

For the stir fry, heat the toasted sesame oil in a wok.
Add garlic and onions.
Once clear and slightly browned, add the rest of the vegetables, coconut aminos, and ginger and cook until their colors really show and they’re slightly tender.
Serve on top of cous cous with sauce.

To make the sauce, just mix all the ingredients together.
