This was so quick and easy and so delicious!
You will need:
- 2 cups steamed collard greens, I roughly shred them with my hands and steam until bright green
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1 T toasted sesame oil
- 1/4 cup yellow onion, diced
In a pan heat the oil.
Add the garlic and onions and cook until the onions become clear.
Add the greens and stir until everything is coated with the oil.
Add salt and pepper if needed.
