If you’re hot and want something a little sweet, you MUST try these.
You will need:
- 1 cup rainier cherries
- 1 bag dark chocolate chips (I use the whole foods brand because there’s very little sugar)
- 1 T cinnamon
- 1 T grated ginger
In a double boiler, melt the chocolate.
Add the cinnamon and ginger to taste.
Once it’s cooled a little, dip the cherries in the chocolate and place on a saran wrap covered plate.
Place in the freezer for about an hour and you’re good to go.
