Banana Soft Serve: Two Ways

Ok, I promise I’m not a selfish person, BUT these two recipes are INSANELY good.
Even my dad liked them! (and that’s saying a lot!)

My goal for the summer is to create a series of sorbet and dairy-free sugar free ice cream alternatives, so here’s the first batch.

Banana Cream Soft Serve:


In a blender, mix all of the ingredients until thick and smooth. The best way to incorporate everything (because the banana is very thick) is to pulse the blender until the banana begins to blend. Don’t over-blend, though, because then the soft serve will get too thin.

To garnish, drizzle some agave and sprinkle with cinnamon.


Almond Butter, Banana, and Agave Soft Serve:

because who didn’t love peanut butter banana and honey sandwiches growing up?!

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 T almond butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp agave, for the garnish

Blend blend blend!
